She writes for the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, and Brisbane Times and is a regular guest on radio and television, simplifying the complexities of aged care funding. She has co-authored several books, including the best-seller Aged Care, Who Cares? and Downsizing Made Simple with finance expert Noel Whittaker. Rachel holds a Master of Financial Planning, with a thesis on the financial drivers of aged care consumers and operators.

Jemma is a lecturer and tutor at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS). Where she delivers undergraduate and post graduate subjects within the school of finance and is a subject matter expert for the Masters of Financial Planning.
