Residential Aged Care

  • 25 June 2020 - 26 June 2020
    9:00 am - 12:00 pm

While many people do not plan to move into residential aged care, the reality is that 1/3 of men and ½ of all women who reach age 65 will at some point require residential aged care services.

Understanding the key drivers, advice stakeholders and the means testing arrangements is critical to developing the right advice. This comprehensive 2 day workshop will see you develop a thorough understanding of residential aged care through case based facilitator lead examples, individual calculations and group discussions.

At the conclusion of the workshop participants will be able to evaluate and calculate the outcomes of the asset and income assessments, discuss and develop strategies to ensure valuable financial advice is provided.
